Flavor and fragrance are inextricably linked, yet rarely are both approached simultaneously. Castalia’s cocktail scientists craft spirits inspired by their sister company Sfumato’s entirely natural fragrances and serve them alongside the scent itself. Rabbi Jen Lader will also join us to share the significance of alcohol on our senses, and how we use our senses to make ordinary moments holy.
