Join us for the launch event of NEXTGen Detroit Balance — a new series focused on providing young Jewish Detroiters with access to conversations and experiences that promote mental and emotional wellness — featuring Will Heininger.

Will is a former defensive lineman for the University of Michigan Wolverines football team and now serves as the Outreach Coordinator at the UM Depression Center. As a college athlete who struggled with depression, Will has made it his professional and personal mission to raise awareness and shatter stigmas surrounding mental health issues in college sports. Hear Will’s personal story and learn how you can support yourself or someone else who may be struggling with mental health.

A light dessert reception will follow.
