August 18 | 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
First we ride, then we eat! Enjoy the sights and sounds of the city and learn about Detroit’s Jewish history with Michigan Jewish Historical Society’s annual J-Cycle bike tour. Meet at Shed #6 in Eastern Market at 9:30 AM sharp.
Every rider must have their own helmet and bike (and you have to wear the helmet!).
If you need to rent a bike you can check out MoGo located nearby at the intersection of Gratiot Ave and Russel St, but you’ll also need to bring a helmet!
$20 per person. This subsidized price is only for NEXTGen Detroit participants (ages 21-45). You must register no later than August 11. We cannot accept walk-ins.
All J-Cycle riders get a $10 voucher to spend at Hazon’s Jewish Food Festival afterwards!
