Packing Lunches with Love

April 30 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Presented by NEXTGen Detroit Volunteers, Repair the World Detroit, Moishe
House Royal Oak and Reboot

Everybody knows bubbes and zaydes make the best sandwiches, which is why we
are teaming up with our friends at Jewish Senior Life to prepare sandwiches
that will be donated to (https://detfridge.com/).
This is a great mitzvah opportunity to participate in Detroit Community
Fridge’s mission of radical community love, sustainability and mutual aid
while getting to meet and connect with senior members of our Jewish community.
No previous sandwich making experience required, but we know you’ve got some!

You’ll also have the chance to learn about food justice and Reboot’s legacy
project, Beyond Bubbie. More info to come!

Thank you to our event co-chairs: Abby Rubin and Alyse Waldhorn

Space is limited. Please register in advance by April 27.
There is no cost to participate. This event is intended for young adults ages
21 to 39.

Reboot is generously supported by the William Davidson Foundation.
