One of Detroit’s most coveted culinary establishments is keeping it kosher for one night only, and you’re invited! Chef Andy Hollyday, Owner and Executive Chef of the award-winning Selden Standard, is taking us behind-the-scenes and showing us how he and his staff execute one of the tastiest menu’s in the Motor City. Chef Hunny Khordokovsky will join us in the kitchen, helping to make sure everything is delicious and adheres to dietary laws.
Space is extremely limited. Registration fee includes demo, tasting and beer and wine. And we repeat, dietary laws will be observed, so kosher-keepers, don’t miss your chance to taste the food that’s the talk of the town!
