Join\nNEXTWork\, NEXTGen Detroit and Gesher’s top-shelf networking program for a\nconfidence-building evening with Michelle Gilbert\, Chief Engine Officer of\nPurple Engine Coaching at Pop’s for Italian in Ferndale. In her interactive\npresentation\, “**From Cringe to Confidence: Mastering Authentic Networking**\n\,” Michelle will help us replace networking anxiety with a clear\, confident\napproach to creating authentic connections. We’ll learn how to prepare with\nintention\, engage in real conversations and follow up in ways that feel\nnatural rather than transactional.
