DESCRIPTION:Join NEXTGen Detroit Balance at Practice Yoga Studio for their signature Sound\nBath experience. We will immerse ourselves in the soothing and centering\nsounds of several instruments as we let the various vibrations bring us into a\nstate of deep relaxation. Incredible for stress release and renewing and\nrestoring calmness and wellbeing\, you won’t want to miss this therapeutic\nexperience for your body and soul. \n$20 per person includes one-hour sound bath session and one-week of yoga\nanytime in the month of March.\nPlease bring your own yoga mat or other floor covering (see more below).\nThis event is intended for young adults ages 21 to 39. \nRecommendations from Practice Yoga Studio:\nWear comfortable clothing.
