Join\nNEXTWork\, NEXTGen Detroit and Gesher’s top-shelf networking program for a\nconfidence-building evening with Michelle Gilbert\, Chief Engine Officer of\nPurple Engine Coaching at Pop’s for Italian in Ferndale. In her interactive\npresentation\, “**From Cringe to Confidence: Mastering Authentic Networking**\n\,” Michelle will help us replace networking anxiety with a clear\, confident\napproach to creating authentic connections. We’ll learn how to prepare with\nintention\, engage in real conversations and follow up in ways that feel\nnatural rather than transactional. DESCRIPTION:**A minimum donation of $100 to Federation’s 2026 Annual Campaign is required\nto attend this event. This event is intended for young adults ages 21-39.** \nJoin NEXTGen Detroit for an evening at the Fisher Theater as we take our seats\nand enjoy Ina Garten’s book tour _Be Ready When The Luck Happens_. We have\nsome wonderful seats secured at a discounted group rate\, and if that weren’t\nenough\, you’re invited for an exclusive pre-glow before the event at The Kahn.\nEnjoy drinks and apps before we head over to the theater and hear the Barefoot\nContessa discuss her latest memoir. \n6 PM – Pre-Glow begins at The Kahn with cocktails and apps.\n7 PM – We head to The Fisher as a group and take our seats.\n7:30 PM – Sit back\, relax\, and enjoy _Ina_! How easy is that? \n$100 per person includes a ticket to the show on the main floor\, pre-glow with\nlight appetizers and drinks and *parking.\nIn addition to the cost of the ticket\, there is a minimum donation of $100 to\nFederation’s 2026 Annual Campaign to attend this event.
