SUMMARY:Prepping for Passover with Friends at JARC
DESCRIPTION:Join Women’s Philanthropy’s TOV volunteers and community members served by\nJARC for a Sunday funday of Passover prep at the Federation Building in\nBloomfield Hills. We have a variety of projects planned to get ready for the\nholiday including making fresh charoset\, decorating matzah covers and planting\nherb and flower seeds in clay pots which we’ll then decorate. We’ll also have\nsome fun with a game of Passover themed BINGO! Enjoy getting to know friends\nfrom JARC and making beautiful and delicious spring essentials to enhance our\nhomes for the holiday. We’re bringing together members of\nthe tribe from Metro Detroit’s west-side suburbs to meet\, mingle\, eat good\nfood and learn all about our favorite south-of-the-border spirit. We’ll hear\nfrom Greg Sobol\, drummer-turned-businessman and founder of Tekiah Tequila\, the\nfirst Jewish-inspired kosher tequila in the United States. In addition\, we’ll\nbe treated to a tasting as well as a tutorial on how to make some signature\ncocktails.
